# Que se passe-t-il si j'ai retourné ou échangé un article ou si j'ai annulé ma commande auprès du marchand ?

Si vous retournez, échangez un article ou annulez votre commande auprès de notre marchand partenaire, votre CashBack risque d'être invalidé.

Les commissions sont validées par les marchands partenaires après validation définitive de votre commande. 
C'est à dire : voyage effectué, livraison du/des produits effectuée, non retour de la marchandise, location non annulée...
