# Pourquoi mon CashBack suite à mon achat en magasin est invalidé ?

Plusieurs raisons peuvent expliquer l'invalidation d'un CashBack consécutif à un achat en magasin :


* Le retour intégral ou partiel de vos achats
* Vous n’avez pas respecter les conditions d’éligibilité de l'offre (elles diffèrent en fonction des marchands).
* Vous avez déjà bénéficié de l’offre de CashBack magasin via l’achat par carte bancaire
* Vous avez déjà bénéficié de l’offre de CashBack magasin via l’envoi de votre ticket de caisse pour le même achat
